This is the full performance version of my powerful aor ballad "Mysteries Forever Today".
The video features a complete array of exotic 'out of this world' fantasy with multi-layered scenes that incorporate graphic animations, parallax movements & three dimensional panning.
Performance parts were shot with a chroma key screen which allows background filtering & combining that with my graphic art skills has enabled me to create & animate these complicated sets.
(some incorporating more than 20 layers of film which make a single scene)
This project has taken nearly half a year to produce which should give you some idea of the level of love & dedication that has gone in.
The soundtrack & video are all part of the package that will be included with my debut album "Past To PRESENT" - all my work is completely non-profit in aid of NORSACA, a charity that helps children with autism.
Also features guest narrator Mandolinlady.
The viewing quality has had to be reduced somewhat from (high definition DVD quality to lower quality MP4) in order to make the file size small enough to upload the whole video on myspace.
I hope you all enjoy - thank you for watching.

Just a short test video of me & Ped 'goofin' around - really more for the purpose of testing a widerscreen format - if all is good the new Mysteries video will be uploaded in mostly widescreen format... so, I hope you all enjoy this bit of fun... heheheh! :D
"Build The Stars" is an original song written & produced by Mimic Of Mind & AORPETE.
It is the follow-up to "Eternal Night" - another successfull song we wrote a year earlier.
This is a full-performance video with multi-angled shots & overlays making sure you get full coverage of all the action - make sure you see the explosive scene three-quaters of the way through where you can see AORPETE in a full-performance on drums, bass, guitar & keyboard.
Special thanks to DMusic & our friends there for nominating "Build The Stars" in the 2008 Awards.
On a personal note - neither myself or MOAM have ever met & our scenes were shot on completely separate continents.
Hope you all enjoy!
Best Wishes
Pete
;)
This version is an edit of the unplugged version (sound-wise) basically the sound has been fed through SONAR7 which has enabled me to enhance the EQ plus add a touch of chorus/delay.
Mysteries is a song I started writing some time back a few years ago, I had the riff & vocal harmony plus a vague idea of the lyrics.
More recently I made a very specical friend over at MySpace who amazingly went above & beyond to welcome me into their circle of friends plus promote my music to a much wider audience.
Unfortunatly my special friend is no-longer at MySpace so... I dedicate this song to all the good that has come from our friendship & would like to offer a special thanks for being so much more than just a friend!
The full version of this song will be available on "Past 2 PRESENT" my upcoming charity album in aid of NORSACA.
