Built by Murphy Brothers Contracting, the luxury home hosted tours for the month of May with all proceeds going to Open Door Family Medical Centers of New York. October 2008: West Avenue Records recording artist, Michael Nappi, performs a live selection of songs from his debut album, Here We Go Again, including the album's first single, "7:26." The performance video was directed, shot, and edited by entertainment industry veteran Jimmy Ienner, Jr. "I thought the album was solid the first time I heard it. Interesting and inspiring," Ienner says. "Then, I saw Michael live at Palmer's Crossing. He showed great potential, charisma and substance and I immediately wanted to capture that on film.
