In this episode, the band is rehearsing the set before a show they were hired for, to surprise the guest of honor at his birthday party.
The next day we got out to get some photos of the whole band together and had a good time. And then MT and Mitchell were out of town for several days.
The delay in posting this video is because we switched over our post-production editing to Final Cut Pro, and there's so much to learn! Hopefully you can see an immediate improvement in quality, and we're excited about the music videos we can produce after we really learn FCP.
This episode is dedicated to Lil Tina, Jennifaerie, Oksana, GiGI, Lil Butterfly & Lil Champ.

After a great show at Pappy & Harriet's, the boys continue work on improving the live set, learning new songs, and pre-production work for the next album.
This is a new project- a weekly video journal sharing our real journey- rehearsals, family, business progress, and the ups and downs of a real rock band.
MT's band, The Messengers, has recently undergone some exciting changes. With the recent addition of Mitchell Arganda on drums, and now the addition of Mark Shrader on electric guitar, the band has transformed from an acoustic trio to a full electric rock band!
In this video, it's just days before the first show with the new sound, and still so much work to be done!
Episode 3- Oct. 20, 09
This past week was crazy, crazy as we prepared for our first show with Mark in the band, and a new bigger electric sound!
Special thanks to my sister Jody and her friend Shirley who were here all week, helping with kids, meals, and so much more! Jody & Piper spent days sewing costumes.
I painted some circus images on pants for MT while listening to our dear friend and amazing, colorful musician Vincent Pablo’s “Crying Out.”
Thank goodness to Steven for a little comic relief when we needed it most!
We packed our “gig supplies” box with Promise CDs, Angel feathers, email sign-up sheets, new band t-shirts and military-style dog tags, business cards with MT’s website links… but I forgot to bring our banner!
MT and The Messengers had been working so hard and it really paid off, as they sounded great and we all had a good time. Piper and Gabba danced in-between bands, and Steven put on a show with his twirling glow-sticks.
Extra Special Thanks to Evaro, for inviting us to open for them. They’re an amazing and talented family band, and very special Angels indeed! We love you!
Thanks to All MT’s Angels for your gracious love and incredible support!
Blessings to All, L Shrader, MT’s Mgr.
