'Galapagos' was originally written to be entered into the 2006 BBC new talent competition in conjunction with the BBC's Natural History Unit.
The music is in four parts following a brief synopsis:
Act 1 develops a signature theme which introduces the Galapagos Islands with a sense of awe, mystique and wonder.
Act 2 establishes the key Galapagos characters with fresh vigour and pace, flowing on naturally from Act 1.
Act 3, with gentle pacing - perhaps with a cultural twist - shows charm, texture, intamicy and inherent beauty of the wildlife in Galapagos.
Act 4 is the dramatic concluding wildlife spectacle which gathers momentum and ultimately reaches a title climax.
Messing about with Adobe Premiere to make my first animation out of old Christmas cards and a bit of wrapping paper. Music is available to download at better quality or on CD (please enquire).
Enjoy it - Derbyshire had its first snow today 18th November.
