Fall in Love Every Day G C5 Her soft brown hair Her Golden eyes I fall in love, She passes by She passes by We're trapped within The shields we make What's strangers love We dare to take We dare to take D C G Wish that I knew what to say I fall in love every day C G D The world is a path, Everyone passes by If I could I would stop Every girl and say hi What is it that you're hoping To do with your life Or tonight Rings on her face And wildly dressed A pink Tattoo Across her chest Across her chest So many types Some kinda fright To find the one That's' kinda right That's kinda right Here's an interview my friend Adam did with me a little while ago: Rafe: I hail from Toronto Ontario. I play a lot of shows and hopefully I will pursue music over the next period of time. Adam: Who are some of your biggest influences? Rafe: I have a lot of influences. I was always very into the old school guys like The Doors, Neil Young and Dylan were my favourites. Lately though, I've been really interested in some of the new guys. I love Panic! At the disco, (or panic at the disco as they recently changed their name) fall out boy, Rocket Summer, Something Corporate, Mute Math, Regina Spektor is one of my favourites. I found this other girl on her myspace, Jenny Owens Young who I'm really into. I love Tragically Hip but I wouldn't say I sound anything like them. Adam: Who would you say you sound like? Rafe: Well, I tell people, stylistically I sound like a mix between Green Day and Billy Joel. Obviously that's not really true, it just gets people interested. I get "Something Corporate" a lot and also rocket summer. Sometimes people say I sound like Barenaked Ladies mostly because I sing really fast at some points, like in "Love in a Little Grey Box". I also am heavily influenced by John Mayer and Jason Mraz. Adam: Any songs your listening to a lot of these days? Rafe: Ya, I really like "Love Song" by Sara Bareilles. That songs a blatant hit. Also, "Say" by John Mayer I love. Oh yeah, I was never a death cab for cutie fan but I love there new album. "I will possess your heart" is really a fantastic song. Adam: What's the best live show you've ever been to. Rafe: John Butler Trio followed by John Mayer. Adam: Top 5 favourite books: Rafe: 5: "The Game". 4: Golden Compass Series. 3: Narnia Series. 2: Ender's game series. 1: Hitchhiker's guide to the Galaxy series. Adam: And movies? Rafe: Hmm, not so easy. I'm not as in to movies. Memento I liked a lot. Not as many clear cut favourites. For TV shows I love South Park and Battlestar Gallactica. Adam: Can you name some unknown artists that you really like? Rafe: Sure, I just saw "The Midway State" last night who was awesome. Robyn Dell'unto, Darrelle London, Kat Fatale, Adam Jesin and Moksa Crew. David Borins. Peter J Fox, and tons more but I just can't think of them off the top of my head. Adam: Thanks! Rafe: NP. Thank yOU!

I asked her what kind of books she liked she said everything
I asked her what kind of movies she liked she said everything
I asked her what she was passionate about she says, get off my back
She lied to me, she lied all night
Pre-Chorus
Some things she’d say would make you faint
Not quite a whore, not quite a saint
Chorus:
She lied to me
She lied all night
She said she was a road scholar well
Not quite
She elide to me, it’s not my fault
And we do this dance, it’s called the liars waltz
I asked her why her face was so pretty she said,
I don’t know I was just born that way I guess
I asked her if she wanting to be sitting over here, with me
So I lied my lie and I danced my dance
She took off my shirt
I took off her pants
She lied to me, she lied all night
Pre-Chorus:
Chorus:
She lied to me, she lied all night
She said she had only been with four other guys, well that wasn’t true at all
I lied to her, it’s not my fault
And we do this dance, it’s called the liars waltz.

12 Keys Lyrics
I’m looking for a place to hide
I’m not scared I’m terrified
Of messing up my chance at gold
I got the feeling half divine
I hear the music deep inside
Oh god just let me let it out
Pre-chorus
Let it out, just let me let it out
Let it out, just let me let it out
Chorus
12 Keys, 10 fingers and my brain,
Enough to drive a man insane, maybe it will before to long
12 Keys, 10 fingers and my soul
Please let it come before I’m old, just let me write that perfect song
12 Keys, 10 fingers and my heart,
Well I guess that’s somewhere to start and I hope that I’m starting strong
12 Keys, 10 fingers and my love
Enough to raise me up above,
and I’ll be there before too long, when I write that perfect song.
Black white each note of its own kind
Holding magic I can find
I know that I will if I try
Let’s unlock hidden doors with ease
I guess that’s why they call them keys
The keys to help me let it out
Pre-chorus
Chorus
Outro
Like a silver beauty queen that’s stumbling along
Someone help me write the perfect song.
Not completely finished but close
Sit at home
And I'm flipping through the phonebook
Every name's got a story to hide
If I call will
you be the one who answers
Will you be the one
on the other side
Chorus
Well I know you're out there
But you're so hard to find
There's a heart
That beats in time with this one
There's a voice that sounds like mine
We could fall in love in sunny weather
get married and have kids together
grow so much older, leave the pass behind.
Well it's just a joke I'm fine
Someone's on the other
Now I sleep
In my dream I have a vision
Phone books fall
From the skies above
In those books
Lines drawn between the pages
Telling everyone
Who they're supposed to love

Chorus
This is my first time ever putting a video on myspace. Hopefully some people like it!
"There's a hope in every direction
Every convection's leading me back
To a girl with brown hair
Smooth skin everywhere
I I wanna be true like that
Prechorus:
Here's hoping that I never have to think about it
Chorus:
I I wanna be wrong
Wrong enough to be right
Right here in your arms
It happens over night
Night falls leaves me in fear
Fear melts in her eyes
Eyes brown like her hair
And I think that's all right
Verse 2
And I love the way that she loves
And I love the way that she looks at me
So i send the look right back
I just want to make her happy
I just want to pay her back (Back rhyming with back... niiiice)
Prechorus:
Chorus:
Take my heart down, take my heart down, pass it around (What does that mean? I have no idea)
