This song was written and recorded in Paris while on tour with Roch Voisine. I was the guy with the recording gear, so my room at the Pierre et Vacances hotel in Montmartre quickly became known as “studio 207” (my room number). Once I finished the song, I thought the only thing missing was a video. As it happened, we had a bit of a road trip ahead of us - Paris to Divonne les Bains - so I took out my trusty little web cam, and started shooting. We took the train and a then a van to the Grand Hotel. Once we arrived at our destination and I had checked in, I walked around the city with my laptop filming and singing as I went. I am sure the locals thought I was crazy, but I managed to put that thought aside, and after a day of filming and a night of editing in my hotel room, this is the result. I hope you enjoy it. oisine.
