Sonar Calibrado (Filastine & Maga Bo) pirate electricity from a utility pole, set up a sound system and fend of thieves and pistol-happy cops long enough to play a few hours during carnival in Rio, under the arches of Lapa.

The miss rockaway armada was about 25 people and 7 rafts, lashed together and pushed at irregular intervals down the mississippi by a pair of reverse-engineered VW rabbit motors burning biodiesel. These are observations from a my time aboard.

Attn: raw & shot on fone or simple camera. Here you can see the Infernal Noise Brigade exit the dawn light a Berlin into a coal shaft on the sidewalk to play in Kontrolpunkt, the world's most crustiest bar. The ceiling was not tall enough to stand, and we were ankle deep in water and other fluids. Long live Rigaer Strasse.

attn: raw & shot on fone or simple camera. The Infernal Noise Brigade in an abandoned train tunnel in Cascadia. There was a renegade dance party going on in this tunnel, a few miles long and built for the first trains to arrive in the west coast. I (aka: Filastine) played earlier and left the next day for japan with equipment smeared in pioneer-era mud.

This is what every "laptop artist" does before their live set, you just never see it. This El Camino-mounted sound system's roof was removed to expand performance real estate.
