Surface 10 - Dean De Benedictis & Vic Hennegan - LIVE ambient music on WXPN

This is a portion of a performance that was given by electronic musicians Dean De Benedictis and Vic Hennegan, on radio station WXPN - Philadelphia, hours after they had performed live in a cathedral at the University of Philadelphia for concert series: The Gathering. The imagery is comprised of a portion of video art that was projected on a large screen behind the performers during each of their sets. These graphics were created by Dean De Benedictis himself, who is also a photographer, graphic artist and indie film maker. Fans of Surface 10: most of these pieces will eventually be for purchase (as a superior quality) on DVD. 09:58
This is a piece created by ambient/electronica artist Dean De Benedictis (aka Surface 10, aka Surface 10 Activity) whereby he generated live computer graphics over a recording of a performance he gave on radio station KXLU in Los Angeles, 2008. Dean used both Modul 8 and Blender 3D to create this imagery. Fans of Surface 10: most of these pieces will eventually be for purchase (as a superior quality) on DVD.
