Open Labs own "Perfect Strangers" perform their original music live at the 2008 Beats 'N Treats Music Festival. The group is comprised of Sean Anderson and Patchen Preston. Sean runs his own record label by the name of "Harmonious Discord" and can be found at www.hdrecordings.com For their performance they loaded up a MiKo with Ableton 7 and their original tracks next they connected a Novation Midi controller for additional faders and knobs. Then they added a Korg Kaos pad for added realtime effects then to top it off a self built 303 all plugged into a small mixer. Its a nice demonstration of how the MiKo can be integrated with a number of devices to achieve a wide range of musical options.
