Incorporating social networking for a good cause with the action sports industry, thegluenetwork presented the “GIVE” mural at ASR’s September industry show. Over a dozen artists gave time and artistic vision to paint the eye-opening mural. Participating brands included Jedidiah, MADA, Roxy and etnies girl among others. Proceeds from the event went toward Keep a Breast, a non-profit organization that creates plaster forms of the female torso, customized by artists and auctioned to raise funding for breast cancer. Proceeds also went to SurfAid, a non-profit organization whose mission it is to improve the health of people living in isolated regions connected to us through surfing.
