Highlight from my 31st birthday show (on Oct. 29, 2009), where I discuss being single, how I'm staying single, and then trying out a new joke about running into my ex. The audience reaction to the final punchline of that joke gave me a smile I still haven't wiped off my face.

This is from a 10-minute (oops, went a little over) set I did at Aura Nightclub in Studio City, CA. It was my first performance there, and it was like a comic's dream. Badass crowd. Plenty of other funny comedians. Great host. Large room. Some of this material is a grand reworking of some jokes I told during my first few gigs, years ago. Most of it is fresh and new, though. I added subtitles because the audio quality wasn't exactly ideal.

Here I am performing about 7 mins of material for the new "Black Bird Cabaret" show at Safari Sam's in Hollywood. Topics include asshole Prius drivers, Hummer drivers, The origins of milk, ejaculation, and other random shit.

This is actually one of my older performances, but the audio/video quality is very good and the material is a more cogent and cohesive whole that my later material, which has little kinks to work out, doesn't quite have yet. Still, I'm proud of it.
