Now in our third year we've decided its time to go much bigger with the festival. That means bigger bands, bigger movies, vendors, contests, parties, special events, larger Zombie Walk, the list goes on! But the most exciting part of it all, we now have the Masquerade booked for the festival. That's three levels of bars, stages, screens, patios, etc. Housed in a turn-of-the-century mill building often claimed to be haunted. There couldn't be a more amazing place for an event like this. The Masquerade has been known since its inception in 1989 as one of the country's most unique nightclub facilities. Also for all you younger fiends out there...we're no longer 21+ For those of you who have never attended before, we aren't your typical horror convention. Our primary focus is BANDS, MOVIES, and ZOMBIES!!! We keep our door prices cheap because we aren't paying out the ass for tons of guests many of you have never heard of. There are TONS of horror conventions out there for that, and we strive to be different and unique. Our effort is focused on bringing you the best in entertainment throughout your entire Horrorfest experience. Nonstop contests, art shows, independent movies, and an amazing national line-up of 30+ horror influenced bands from industrial to metal and punk to psychobilly, we have it all under one huge roof. This year's horrorfest will include special events such as blood t-shirt contests, artshows, late night dance parties every night, scream queen contests, burlesque, food vendors, panels, and one of the most amazing zombie walks in the world.
