Hey guys - here is a workout on an off day. I just got off the redeye back from Miami and Vegas working with the University of Miami baseball players. Unfortunately, I don't have much video of me - but that will change going forward. Here is something I found quick.
I have a different goal/plan for every workout. Normally, when I am banging out a lot of reps with weight for squats I will use the first reps to warmup/stretch and then get after it. I have found this to be safer.
My recent best at raw reps was 550x8 this spring and the reps were all very solid. On the other hand, I don't really go too heavy raw for safety issues either. So, I am curious as to how much I could do if I really tried.
I also used to be a lot stronger when I was younger (15-25% depending on lift). Right now I am rehabbing but almost done. So, once I get healthy I hope to post some cool video of some serious lifts if I decide to keep lifting.
