Gimpy tried to fly today but spun out like an out of control helicptor.

Gimpy is getting a little better everyday. She is holding her head up a little by herself. She heard Erin come in from work and was standing and looking over the edge of her box all by herself today. There is hope.

Gimpy was found by some kids, then given to us. We didn't think he would make it as he had head and neck injuries. His neck still isn't right so he has trouble holding his head up and can't feed himself. He is eating out of an eye dropper and is quite active inspite of not being able to hold his head up. We have to hold him and support his head so that he can exercise. Hopefully he will heal and be normal.

It was a really warm , beautiful day, perfect for a BBQ and lots of beer. Later after the sun set, we had a campfire. Everyone had tons of fun!
