We rode one Yamaha XT 660 R and one WR 450 F up and downhill the Olympic bobsled track in Lillehammer, Norway. the bikes had modifications such as ice studs on the tyres. The stunt was inspired by the 1981 James Bond film For Your eyes Only where a spectacular chase scene involved motorcycles with machine guns chasing Agent 007 down the Olympic bobsled track in Cortina. We went both up and down, but without the machine guns... Onboard, action, wheelies and stoppies on ice etc...

A video to prepare for the stunt where Yamaha motorcycles will be ridden up the Olympic bobsled track in Lillehammer, Norway. Not only will we defy gravity, but also traction by riding uphill on the ice! Downhill a bobsled can reach 7 G's purely by the help of gravity. What will happen when a 189bhp Yamaha R1 attempts a uphill run?
