When Bubbles has a toothache, he tries everything to get rid of it. Julian tells him that he must go to the hospital, but Bubbles, who is afraid to go insists that "Conky" should come with him. Conky is a puppet that Bubbles grandfather left for him from his old vaudeville act. Conky often likes to insult and taunt others, especially Ricky.
