On November 29, 1864, 700 Colorado troops savagely slaughtered over 400 peace-seeking Cheyenne/Arapaho babies, children, persons with disabilities, elders and women under its protection. This act became known as the Sand Creek Massacre. This film, a documentary flm in progress, is an examination of an open wound in the souls of the Cheyenne/Arapaho people as told from their perspective.
