This is a documentary film currently in production. It documents the disturbing history of a sadistic Chicago police officer and a band of accomplices that worked beneath him. These people tortured and brutalized dozens, if not hundreds, of African-American men over the span of decades. While court cases and official investigation have confirmed these atrocities took place, no one has ever been convicted of a crime. Yet.
