After reviewing the workings and failures at RS Community and later Rune Tips, we took notes to form the more perfect union, under the community at National Guard of Runescape. Not just RuneScape strong, National Guard of Runescape strong. c2003 We are also the community that got our start in Diablo II during the era 1999, a full year before the start of RuneScape. The group goes by the name National Guard of Gaming. So we have many years of experience in how leadership is earned, and respect is used for peace not power.

Every 2 hours, you are probably unaware as it occurs, but a random event star lands somewhere in the world of Runescape. If you are missing out on the 5k mining experience for locating the star, and the 5k mining experience for mining the star for 5-10 minutes, that is valuable time of your life you CANNOT get back. Every star size 2 to 9 gives off 200 star dust. This star dust can be used to get a reward in the value range of 85000 coins. If you mined one star every day for 1 month, you would earn 2635000 coins, just for spending 30 minutes a month mining shooting star random events. High Miners and High Construction is welcomed at Catherby 9. We have specific tasks that only high leveled miners can do. When a star lands, the size of that star is multiplied by 10, to figure the required mining level to mine it. Star range from size 1 through 9. We have a very respected task for players with 44-85 construction can make 3 types of Telescopes. These items are used to determine the next time and location of a random event shooting star for world 9 at chat Catherby 9. Beginning in 2003, world 9 has been the home of the World 9 Headquarters, otherwise known as the National Guard of Runescape. Yeah, is was famous back in the days when it was the home world for Zezima, the first person to ever complete the game all 23 skills to maximum level of 99. But as of lately, it has become home to newer fames, such as the first combat pure 3 to complete all 16 stats to maximum level 99 on account Soul In Pain. And also home of other future Zezima's, such as 3PieceFeed and Aasiwat. With all that aside, we have produced the largest shooting star mining world in RuneScape, as of 2008, at world 9 through use of chat channel Catherby 9. The next project, and this one may be just a bit more difficult, is to produce the games first ever non-combat Stealing Creation world of RS, for users from all global locations to meet up in a centralized game server at world 9, and unite for the effort to earn the fastest stats EVER, through use of the Sacred Clay tools. These items earn twice as much experience, in half the time as normal leveling at RS. And they can me morphed into 1 of 6 types of skill items: hunting, fishing, woodcutting, crafting, smithing, construction. There are even combat items to give double the experience toward use of magic, attack, defense, strength, hit points, or range. The account name Kire667 was made in September 2003. Law 11 was altered without warning in August 2005, and hounded our help site since. Eventually, in January 2006, Kire667 was banned under Law 11 from RuneScape. And in 2008, Kire667 was filtered as "*ire667," to avoid further search engine finds of the collection of JaGeX letters he saved, uncovering the truth behind the false rule bans at RuneScape.
