Producer Cookie Marenco explains the production process used to create the special "reverb" effects on Jeff Schmidt's solo fretless bass composition"Still Silhouette". This was done old school with vintage lexicon processors like the Super Prime Time, and eventide harmonizers. A similar "new school" version of this effect called "Crystalizer" can be found in various DAW plug-ins. Jeff uses Ableton Live with Guitar Rig VST plugin to create this effect in live performance.
