Today was kids day at Albany Saratoga Speedway. Kids (young and old) could ride around the track in the car of their choice. Me, Yule, Mike's niece, and my step-niece Ashley went for a few laps. At one point the track owner told Mike Ostrander (our driver) to tell me to put the camera away. The response he heard was "YOU tell her to put it away!" He did eventually tell me to put the camera up. Which I did,....for all of two minutes (he didn't say for how long MUAHAHAHA!) He was afraid I would fall off the car if I didn't hold on with both hands. It may not look like we are moving fast ,but we are! You can hear the wind loudly whistling past and we are yelling to be heard when me and Ashley talk to each other. Everyone in the car is yelling/screaming actually. I had a death grip on both car and cam, LOL. I only taped 2 laps, we did three. I am glad I put the cam up, because Mike floored it pretty good on the last lap. We passed 4 cars on a row on the backstretch, and I needed both hands to hang on, LOL.

scenes from our picnic. Ed started the race car and the kids came running with their hands over their ears, LOL. Then we had a surprise visit from Mr Dingaling.
We had our car on display at Wilton Mall in Saratoga Springs. We had to disconnect the battery, and drain all the fluids. Then we had to push it both in, and back out, after it was all over. We were there Friday, May 27th -Sunday the 29th, 2009. Ed kept pushing us into the mini stock in front of us, we had to keep yelling at him, you can actually hear us say "Woah!" a few times. Near the door, I stopped pushing, let go, and just walked along side. Yes, I can video tape, and push, while not running into anyone/thing at the same time. I'm talented like that. =-) P.S. Our bumper sticker say, "If you are reading this, you are losing!"
