Synopsis of Payback's A Bitch Following one of their more grisly and gory murders for the mob, four of the Mafia's most feared and ruthless assassins are holed up in a deserted country house after a horrendous storm strands them there for the night. At first the men make the most of it eating, drinking, and telling old war stories about the various murders they have made over the years. But as the storm intensifies and electrical power is lost, their night of male bonding and storytelling is interrupted. What follows is a series of unexpected events that turn the hunters into the hunted, the brazen into the scared. Something is out there, stalking them and the frightened hit men soon become the targets of unbridled terror. One by one they are disappearing in the most bloody and brutal manner. What has turned this group of predators into the prey? What or who is hunting them? Is it one of their victims who survived?
