The video you are watching is captured at the Georgetown Castle in Seattle, WA. This anomylous event was captured with a stationary night vision camera placed at the top of the stairs betwee the 1st and second floors. All the investigators present that night were on the second floor and no one was on the 1st floor at the time of this event. This video event & the camera that captured it has been thoroughly analyzed by an independant video engineer from a video production company. They were unable to explain this event and said that our camera was functioning correctly.
