The first Shoe Drop took place in Argentina in October of 2006, when TOMS Shoes Founder and Chief Shoe Giver Blake Mycoskie and his team brought 10,000 pairs of shoes to distribute to children in need.
TOMS Shoes, in collaboration with Red Bull, RVKA and Active Ride Shop in Westwood presented "GIVE | A Creative Collaboration" on February 24. With graffiti and local artists styling soles, as well as spray-painting a giant GIVE mural, the event also raised awareness of TOMS One for One mission.
