Culinary Therapy is the art of creating a dish that takes one back to his childhood and makes him smile, or preparing a meal that combines ingredients in such a way that they are good for the body (such as pairing lamb with mint to aid with digestion), or presenting a meal to guests that makes you proud because you've made them happy. Good food is prepared with joy and love, and being able to bring about those feelings through your food is therapeutic to the cook and the fortunate diner. Enjoy my video - I've prepared Middle Eastern Grilled Ground Chicken kabobs with cranberry orange couscous, fresh mint, basil, and lavash- the scent of which takes me back to my childhood - is simple to make and pleased my guests - and is lean, so I've left some calories for dessert. Enjoy!

This is me, being me, doing what I love to do - Culinary Therapy - The art of integrating food, health and pleasure -cooking and teaching about food and how to keep it healthy, simple, fun and delicious. Today I'm doing ground chicken kabobs, Middle Eastern style. Theyre grilled and served on a bed of Israeli cous cous blended with orzo, baby garbanzo beans and quinoa, garnished with mint leaves to aid with digestion and basil for an antioxidant kick. Enjoy!
