Now What Productions presents the DVD release of The Bay Area Rap Awards a 2007 Documentary, your front row seat to the second annual Bay Area Rap Scene Awards. The Bay Area Rap Awards, a 2007 Documentary features hip-hop artists E-40, Mistah F.A.B., Keak Da Sneak, The Pack, San Quinn, Messy Marv, Turf Talk, Traxamillion, The Jacka, Richie Rich, J. Valentine, Numskull and many more. The film includes highlights of the awards ceremony, interviews with artists and of course, footage of the fight that ended the show. The BARS, which organizers promoted as a way to recognize the contributions of Bay Area artists to the hip hop industry and community, unfortunately ended when a fight broke out between the entourages of feuding rappers. The BARS Awards and the altercation that ended the show were covered by Vibe, the San Francisco Bay Guardian and the Oakland Tribune, but Now What had more access to the event and artists than any of those outlets.
