5 pullups(-1st rnd),10 pullups(-2nd rnd),15 pullups(-3rd rnd) (no kipping)
Bear crawl with a 12 pound ball (approx 50 yards)
Sprint 50 yards
25 squat throws with a 12 pound ball
DONE BACK TO BACK 3 TIMES!!
