The first ever UK Festival Awards live show took place at the London Islington Academy on Thursday 19th October 2006. Virgin Radio presenter Steve Harris (now Xfm) presented with help from The Cuban Brothers and Goldie Lookin' Chain. Performances came from The Levellers, Happy Mondays, Nizlopi, Nate James & more. A great night was had by all!
