I Have an LED license plate that scrolls up to 5 phrases.I use it to promote like myspace,scikotics,and stripeman kind of kewl feature for glow offs or just night riding.Havn't been pulled over for it yet and I've had it on for about a year now.People like to ride ure ass though when they try to read it lol
