Citizen Gerry Mitchell riding across the street in wheelchair minding his own business when a cop who is obviously looking down at something hits him. Gerry ended up getting ticketed. Cop ended up getting who knows what. Music starts late cuz in cop cars the mic turns on when they put on their flashies. If you watch the pedestrian light, it clearly changes in the course of the turn, only getting dark red after the cop has stopped. As is normal for a ped light, it started changing back to "Don't Walk" only a few seconds after being on "Walk", meaning that Gerry didn't even deserve his ticket (even though it eventually got dropped) because he was following the light.
