The Yoshukai Karate Alliance held a demonstration in Springfield, IL on March 1, 2008 at a health fair. This is a video of my demonstration of the Gega Sai kata, which from my understanding, was created by Chojun Miyagi from Goju-ryu. This is considered a green belt level kata.
