I’ll give myself the same test Orson Welles did, which sole work would I offer up as something to bargain with into Heaven?
“You hear one note of a Bach sonata, and it hangs there, glittering, pulsating, for an endless length of time, while you slowly orbit around it. Then hundreds of years later, comes the second note of the sonata, and again, for hundreds of years, you slowly drift around the two notes, observing the harmony and the discords, and reflecting on the history of music.” Tim Leary.

Here is another segment from my on-going lil' guy, pushing toward a feature-length.
I've been working on it for a loooong time, and I suspect I will still be working on it for a long time to come... just the name o' the game.
but one day, I hope it can all come together.
THAT was never meant to be Grey Daisies.
THIS is Grey Daisies, now in glorious technicolour.
It's a bit of an ugly duckling, but a little personal treasure. It's the only one i'm territorial about, whatever that's worth.
It's about several things I've experienced right around the time I was initially cutting it, not shooting it. I'm a bit sad there was no actual production value whilst shooting this one. I think the story deserved it (most will say "what story" haha).
Grey daisies all started as the prologue to a feature length girl gang movie I thought up. My Pasolini film, which was supposed to be this but in a derelict alley way, initiating some poor girl into a world o' hurt.
I hope to make that whole movie someday. With a real budget.
If you thought this was bleak, I don't know what you'd call that full picture. If you you've seen "Mouchette" it's like that 'cept exponentially uh, more fucked up.
okay, that is all.
There's a Daedelus music video coming, I swears it.
This is a behind the scenes look at what it took to create some of it.
Somewhere along the lines it also became a doc about The Smell/Glitch-music/and the DIY scene in-general. It was just there to be shot.
I still haven't got my proper Daedelus interview or any of the other principle players really but hey, that's the name o' the game...

A new addition to The Graveyard Girls series that we kinda did as a joke... and then everyone seemed to enjoy it more than any o' he others.
I guess Godard was onto something when he said all you need to make a movie is a girl and a gun.
'cept we did him one better, and replaced the gun with day-glo tights.
howdoyoulikethat, Jean-Luc?

The story goes like this, right from the get-go "The Hooligans" beat the living shit outta the Director, run amok, and take over the film... I believe the finished product reflects this sensibility.
