Captured live @ Old Strokers Cafe in Everett, WA by Phil Mitchell during their open mic. In this video, I first offer a brief description of my homemade "Nobro" resophonic guitar. It's built from recycled junk that I found at garage sales. Then, I offer my bottleneck slide interpretation of an old blues, "Goin' T' Brownsville". This song first caught my attention when I was living Minneapolis. I was flipping through the channels and heard Furry Lewis play this one in a blues documentary hosted by BB King.
