The sunlight fading now once burned for you
A thin smoke horizon dull grey hue
I'll clear my head to see me through
Though my heart still wants and is willing too
But your fading out, fading out of view
The rose colored lenses I once saw through
I saw you in everything and all that I do
I'll ask my head to pull me through
Though my heart still wants and is willing too
But I'm fading out, so I'll fade you out, fading out of you

"Northern Waves" is an original instrumental guitar piece. It begins in a chorale setting and gives way to a flowing arpeggiated section. I was running down by the water and started getting some musical ideas, this is the resulting piece. I hope you enjoy the music!
There's a path in my heart lined with footprints of dear friends who will never part.
There's a world mapped on my skin, wrinkles of time the score of where I've been.
There's a clock tickin' in my brain, a timeline of fingerprints touched by the hand of fate.
The river of blood flows on my tongue, carrying a ship of souls in the words of the departed ones.
There's a space in my soul, a shelter for you and me for days of growing old.
The river of blood flows on my tongue, carrying a ship of souls in the words of the departed ones.
And there's a story in the bones, a riches of memories that shine like gold.
There's a room in the house of faith, a refuge for you and me a final resting place.
A dwelling for you and me a final resting place.
A dwelling for you and me a final resting place.
A clearing for you and me a final resting place.
