Hawkins (Redhead) gets a map and new instructions to establish a safe house in Jericho, Kansas, before carrying out “the plan.” As he drives, he ponders his many doomsday lessons.

Unaware that Tango has been compromised, Hawkins agrees to make a “dead drop.” On his way to D.C., he watches a video on spying techniques and tools.

Hawkins (Redhead) picks up a “burst transmitter” and inserts the chip, uncovering a nuclear attack plan. He is then faced with an ultimatum that could lead to civil war.

Hawkins (Redhead) arrives in D.C. and watches a video on torture. He then learns that Tango has been taken out and is instructed to surrender before “D-Day.”

In this clip, Hawkins escapes and watches a video on the history of the FBI and the CIA. He then heads for D.C. to meet Tango who mysteriously suspends communications. Redhead as Richard Hawkins.
