A music video for the poppiest song I've ever written. Curiously, I completed the song in Cali on 9/11/01, where I was on vacation. Among the pix from my photo album that we put in the video is my sunny 9/11 Big Sur ocean view. Dir. Jeff Yorkes

Jeff Yorkes' short won a Coca-Cola Refreshing Filmmaker Award and was shown in movie theaters across the country. It was the first time I'd sat in a movie theater and heard music I wrote. I think it was ahead of Eddie Murphy's Dr. Doolittle. Yeah.

Corey Rosen directed this comic short and I scored it. We recorded the music in San Francisco with members of their Gay & Lesbian Marching Band. They are in the short, along with SF Mayor Willie Brown, some ninjas and a mime.

I wrote music for the opening scene of Reif Larsen's short film, which involves string players in a a concert hall. I hired the musicians for the recording and the film shoot, and I taught the actor portraying the conductor how to conduct.
