Lunice is just that dude.
Anyone who has seen this charismatic shy guy come to life on stage will testify that he is the truth. It was just over a year ago that Lunice started bumping his own beats at the Bass Culture + Turbo Crunk nights, and in that short amount of time the music he creates has come full circle, from a burgeoning hiphop producers bedroom, to a deep current club sound, and settling somewhere right in the middle, with a twist of blips and soundclips.
He has juice. And Lunice loves to make people get down to it.

Lunice seems to churn out remixes in his sleep and big beats overnight. Good thing, because 2009 just might be Mr. Fermin Pierre II's time. - Pitchfork.com
"Lunice Fermin Pierre II is many things. The prolific Canadian young gun first found net celebrity with his cult YouTube dance videos, his intergalactic B-Boy stance scored by the beat pack" - Dazeddigital.com

4TH in the CLICK MI FINGER REMIXED SERIES. NICK CATCHDUBS BRINGS IT. get it on itunes NOW!!!!!
Over the past five years, Nick has rocked spots around the globe armed with unassuming charm and a signature mix of hip-hop, electro, dancehall, rock and more, with an emphasis on new music. In the process, he's made a name for himself as a top-notch party DJ and one of the most diverse and enthusiastic selectors in todays scene, equally at home opening sold-out shows for the likes of the Clipse, MIA and Rihanna, banging it out between indie bands at Lollapalooza and SXSW, or raving past dawn with Sinden, Kanye Wests DJ A-Trak and other new-school club wizards.
Nick's expertly-sequenced mixtapes have the Chicago Reader calling him tastemaking royalty who can break an act single-handedly, while his blends, remixes, and re-edits get spun everywhere from blog radio to commercial stations like Power 106 in Los Angeles. A featured guest at The Rub in Brooklyn (Best Party To Dance Sweatily To Smart Music - Village Voice), Nick also helped launch the beloved Superfriends bash at Milk in San Francisco (Best Serial Party - SF Weekly). On the production side, his tracks have been featured on compilations and vinyl including The Rubs Its The Motherfucking Remix series (Motherfucking brilliant - Pitchfork) and the acclaimed Clipse mixtape We Got The Remix. Despite this schedule, he still finds time to make major moves with Fool's Gold, the trendsetting record label he co-founded with A-Trak that's been responsible for introducing new talent like Kid Sister to the world

Poirier
The power of DJ/producer Poirier’s bass will blast through any flimsy attempt to classify his music. While the purists struggle to label his sound as either dancehall, soca, or electro, Poirier, signed to Ninja Tune, just takes what needs from all three and unleashes the result in a raw dance floor frenzy. Poirier’s tracks are sparse landscapes of Caribbean drums made superhuman with pulsating, pitch-shifting, and infectious bass and synth patterns. His style evolves and tears through new genres constantly, leaving a trail of packed, chaotic dance floors in its wake.
In the past Poirier collaborated with MC’s and DJ’s from across the globe working with electro sensation Crookers, Jamaican dancehall legend Burro Banton, UK reggae sensation YT, long time collaborators Face-T & MC Zulu, and dj/rupture (Tigerbeat6) while his tracks for UK grime/hip hop sensation Lady Sovereign (Def Jam), Bassnectar, Pole, Buck 65, The Editors and Champion earned him critical acclaim from Pitchfork, The Wire and XLR8R Magazine.
Poirier Praise:
"Poirier, the man who seamlessly unites just about every genre." – The Fader
“Poirier’s music is the sound of a new Montreal.” - Exclaim
