Just a few thoughts of today and my suspiscions that I may be missing out on a more fullfilling life by ignoring pain. Or perhaps I have the most fullfilling life of all... We'll decide later. Enjoy. I feel like the last stubborn someone thai-ed down in the face of the approaching flood. My friend doesn't truely understand me and these days it seems like no one does. I am really so self-absorbed that my story remains within, pages unable to be torn? I've ignored those cool winds for so long, now I'm only able to be warm. I guess it's true what they say, "pain is pleasure," and it's a pleasure I admittedly miss. My weaknesses allow me to stand on that good old cliche crutch- Ignorance is Bliss. Ignorance is always my next fix. It's always hallways to the exits. It's always an escape for when I'm all alone or when I'm overcrowded in my own home. It's my heart wrapped in stone and the worries of a lover who won't throw me a bone. It's her concerns for a 2-sided triangle and it's the butterflies I still feel when our eyes tangle. Ignorance is every bit of love and wisdom we've thought we shared and it's my fingers along her leg and her hand running through my hair. Ignorance is me still believing I belong here. Ignorance is me still loving every woman I've ever gone near. For now, I say farewell to Ignorance; The most memorable lover who taught me so much. My sincerest apologies to reality's pain, I'm so sorry we ever lost touch.
