An employee operating a forklift inside a liquor warehouse in Russia had a big "whoops." A security camera captured the forklift plowing into a shelf, causing it to collapse into another one. As a result, hundreds of boxes of vodka came crashing down. The clip has quickly become an Internet sensation with over 1 million people viewing the debacle since it was posted on a Russian video-sharing site earlier this week. It is estimated that $170,000 worth of alcohol was destroyed.
