Awesome Place to Live! You should have been here Fourth of July! The fireworks from the rooftop deck were incredible as they shot over Cabrillo Beach, but after the show the private shows throughout the city were almost more amazing! You could see shows from other cities around Los Angeles, too. The WiFi network is really cool and the landscaping in the courtyards really makes it a great place to live. Driving to other parts of LA I get smog and heat, but here we are above all the pollution and have an amazing ocean breeze to keep it cool. The only problem is the wind keeps blowing my door shut. Only a few blocks away I can tell that it is hotter - but that is down the hill toward downtown. The residential area is very quiet. The Trump golf Course is a few miles away and while I don't play golf, the restaurant is beautiful and the food fantastic. I doubt they will be at the Taste Of San Pedro Festival August 4&5, but we will be there giving away a slate patio set and Stainless BBQ grill for FREE! stop by the home page at www.SanPedroHarborView.com or get on the San Pedro, CA chamber of commerce web site to see everything that is going on in this cool little town. It is just like a cool harbor city in Oregon or Washington, but I can be in Downtown LA in about 30 minutes. They said I would never regret living here, and they are right. Eventually I will move on, but this is such a great place to live - especially since I can afford it! It is close to the beach and the aquarium and the city is putting tens of millions of dollars into renovating the waterfront area. As that gets developed I am going to be making tons of money as my condo appreciates. So much is happening here it is just amazing. I keep finding new little parks and things to do. The restuarants are divers from Morroccan to new fusion to Mexican to pizza to gourmet to super seafood fresh off the dock to anything I want.
