The different parts of the kayak ergo are identified, before moving onto the paddlers set-up on the machine. The kayak stroke is divided into four sections:
The Air Work – focusing on rotation and reach
The Catch – possibly the most important part of the kayak stroke, showing where the paddle is placed at the front of the stroke
