In Ti­bet the monks do some­thing called 'singing ob­jects'. This singing of the ob­ject through cer­tain sounds al­lowed heavy ob­jects to be­come much lighter. In­ter­est­ing­ly enough, some say they are able to lev­i­tate large heavy ob­ject­s. I think start there.
