hm­m­m, on­ly in some cas­es. my bro and i were raised as veg­e­tar­i­an­s. but he still wont eat all the veg­gies. i will though. so it de­pend­s. some­times you have to sneak it in.

the eas­i­est way to get them to eat veg­gies, is to of­fer it to them. My daugh­ter will refuse pop and chip­s, be­cause she knows that it is bad for her. maybe teach­ing your kids to eat right from the be­gin­ning is bet­ter than hav­ing to sneak around it lat­er????
