Norway healthcare(http://healthcare-economist.com/2008/04/18/health-care-around-the-world-norway/) and Sweden(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Healthcare_in_Sweden). Long wait times, etc are not for me. Finland seemed good, but taxes keep populas poor.

Sweden, Finland, Norway, Go look up how our life expectancy and infant mortality rates compare to other countries, it shameful. These rates are two very good measures of how well a country is run and how high of a premium it places on it citizens.
