"Shielded Brutality" documents a 30-year old scandal of police torture and political cover-up in Chicago. The 'Jon Burge scandal' as it's often called involves atrocities that are eerily similar to those that came out of Abu Ghraib or Guantanamo Bay. This is a feature length documentary currently in production.
