This woman is flawless in everything she does. The Exorcist, Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore, Resurrection. When I saw this, I couldn't get it out of my head for days so I went and saw it again...and again...and again. I'm such a masochist. Brilliant

my favorite. this movie is truly one of the best pieces of filmaking in history. she captures the line between insanity and pure hope. she hopes for happiness so hard that it pushes her over the edge. it's heartbreaking.
