Greetings from Pensacola, Florida!
I still can't get over what I saw at the last Ultimate Wrestling show! Ultimate really pulled out all the stops for Just Bring It!
I started the night off by taping some interviews with Ultimate's biggest stars. While taping an interview with Bobby Doll, none other than Percy Pringle ran from his Ford SUV and adlibbed a fantastic promo. What a character!
From there, I got to meet "Brutal" Joe Gibson and "The War Machine" Chad Cheetum. Those guys have unlimited potential.
Joe's just a monster. Having trained in Percy's school, I expect a "phenomenal" career for this "American Badass." (Or is he Irish?) By the way, he delivered quite a chokeslam to the SnowMan before the show. If anyone is deserving of a chokeslam though, it is the SnowMan. Despite this, Joe really seemed to fit in well in the Ultimate locker room.
Despite his menacing physique, Chad was a real professional outside of the ring. Inside the ring however, he was a real brute. I'd love to see "The War Machine" take on the man-beast Minotaur. Wouldn't you?
The Ultimate fans really made their mark at "Just Bring It" as well. Some of those fans are rowdier than the wrestlers! You know who you are.
Kory Jackson and Nick Bondage... what a feud this is going to be. Those two bring out the best (and worst) of each other. We'll see how long it will take Kory to come back from that vicious piledriver.
On a completely separate topic, when are we going to see the Mexican Express in the ring again? I can only imagine that they are illegally crossing the border as we speak.
Is it just a fantasy, or did somebody tell me that Sexy Samantha was coming back to Ultimate? I know Spidey can hardly wait!
Did you catch the bloody interview with Mercury McLoud after Alternate Reality's match with the White Trash Rebels? Wow! I don't even need to mention the 30 minute brawl between the two teams. Sirus and Ricky Roberts have been going back and forth for months now, and all of this leads to a match at "Heads Will Roll."
I don't know about you, but I missed Lacey Rose. She's always a great addition to the roster... even if she is at Red's side.
Finally, I have to say that I loved the angle between the Black Sheep and the Hellfire Club. CzR, Red, and Brutal Joe... these guys seem like the second coming of the Four Horsemen. Seeing Uncle Jim get a pin in that match was surreal. I'm sure he'll remember that for a long time.
My hat is off to Alexander Hearse III for making this all happen. If it wasn't for "Daddy Warbucks," all of this wouldn't be happening.
Well, that's it for me. I hope to see you all at "Head's Will Roll" on 6 Oct.
