Well odvi­ous­ly he was try­ing to be a smart as­s, but he did­nt break any laws. Al­so when you are ar­res­terd the Po­lice must state what you are be­ing ar­rest­ed for, your right­s. These po­lice did not do this. He shouldn't have been tasered.
