On November 6, 2001 a benefit concert was held at The Galaxy Theatre in Santa Ana, California. Proceeds from the concert were donated to the Salvation Army to assist families of 9/11 victims and survivors.<br><br> The concert was headlined by Joshua Perahia joined by special guest vocalists:<br><br> Don Dokken ~ Dokken<br> Jeff Fenholt ~ Ex-Black Sabbath<br> and<br> Paul Shortino ~ Rough Cutt/Quiet Riot<br><br> and guest musicians:<br><br> Barry Sparks ~ Dokken/MSG<br> and<br> Neal Grusky ~ Takara<br><br> This clip features Joshua Perahia and the band performing "Devil's River" with guest singer Paul Shortino.
