Jon Bauer and his band performed on the CTV National News in Januray '07 as a promtion for the 2007 SHAI Awards which are Canada's People's Choice Awards for Christian Music. Jon was nominated for 3 awards including New Artist of the Year, Male Soloist of the Year, and Pop/Contemporary Album of the Year. Later that month Jon walked away with New Artist of the Year.
